do it cause you care.
I thank god i quit smoking, every time i breathe the stench of someone who smokes I am reminded of why I quit. Every time I have to catch that familiar smell of death I am once again reassured that I can never go back . KEEP IT UP
Hey guys its me lance and I just wanted to give an update. Well its been a whopping ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN DAYS since I had my last cigarette. Ive been doing very well and don’t regret a thing. DON’T GET ME WRONG , I was in the EXACT same position some of you are in now! Suffocating, WANTING TO QUIT , but not feeling able to. Remember … YOU CAN. Hell if I can anyone can; but it has to be your own journey .. AND FOR THOSE WHO HAVE QUIT or don’t smoke at all… remember that YOU TOO can be an inspiration to others .. whether you have 4 days or for years of being a non-smoker. YOU CAN HELP SOMEONE MAKE THE DECISION . BE THE DIFFERENCE . As for me I am fighting the good fight. there are times where the thought of lighting up has flickered in my mind.. but then i realize i just miss that “Time” in my life.. the “relaxation” not the actual disgusting taste and clogged lungs . I LOVE BREATHING NOW (:
stay positive guys!!! and don’t smoke.. no matter what!
